2. Where We Ship
We only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate standard shipping across Australia.
Orders under $99: $10.95 flat rate.
Orders $99 and over: Free standard shipping.
4. Order Processing
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to pack and ship your order. We do not ship items on weekends or public holidays.
5. Delivery & P.O. Boxes
We ship all orders using Australia Post. Because we use Australia Post, we can safely deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, P.O. Boxes, and Parcel Lockers.
6. Delivery Times
Once your order leaves us, standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. Delays can happen during busy periods.
7. Tracking Your Order
You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can use this number on the Australia Post website to check your delivery progress.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
Visage Art Studio is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. Please contact Australia Post directly to file a claim. Save all packaging and damaged goods for your claim.
