Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
Welcome to Visage Art Studio ABN 814 1081 6868. I take great pride in creating and packaging my artwork. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines your rights and how to process a return.
2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees
My artwork and prints come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For major problems with a product, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
A problem is considered "major" if the item:
Arrives damaged or broken
Is significantly different from the description or image provided online
Has a major defect that makes it unfit for display
If a print arrives with a minor issue, I will choose to either replace the print or provide a refund within a reasonable time. Please note that original artworks are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced; a full refund or store credit will be offered instead.
3. Original Artworks vs. Prints
Original Artworks: Due to the unique nature of original paintings/drawings, sales are final. I do not offer change-of-mind refunds on original or commissioned pieces.
Art Prints: Prints are printed to order and I do accept returns for change of mind within 7 business days of delivery. The print must be completely untouched, in its original packaging, and roll/sleeve. You must cover the cost of return tracked shipping.
4. Items Damaged in Transit
Art is fragile. If your package arrives damaged, please take the following steps within 48 hours of delivery:
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging before opening it.
Take clear photos of the damage to the artwork or print itself.
Email these photos along with your order number to hello@visageartstudio.com.au
Once verified, I will arrange a replacement (for prints)
5. How to Return an Item
Email hello@visageartstudio.com.au with your Order Number and photos of the item.
If approved, I will send you the return address and instructions.
Pack the art securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Uninsured or poorly packed returns that arrive damaged cannot be refunded.
Send the package using a tracked shipping service.
6. Refunds
Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will email you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
